Our restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong emphasis on local and seasonal products, to highlight the essence of the region. The fish is sourced from local markets, supplied daily by the fishing fleet of the Gulf; herbs, vegetables, and produce come from the garden within our grounds and neighboring farms; the extra virgin olive oil is pressed from the olives of our own trees; the jams on the breakfast buffet and the limoncello are made from the fruit of the centuryold citrus grove that borders the pools. Dishes are served inside the frescoed former church or on
the lawns by the pool. During summer evenings, guests can also enjoy dinner on the charming terrace over the sea, suspended above the water.
