We collect additional personal information during registration/check-in at our hotel property, including information required by local laws.
 Event Profiles:
If you plan to host an event with us, we will record the specifics of the event or meeting, the date, the number of guests, guest room details, and, for corporate events, information about your organization (name, annual budget, number of events sponsored each year). We also collect information about guests who are part of your group or event. If you visit us as part of a group, we may request your personal information from the group and may send you marketing information if you have given your express consent following your stay with a group or attendance at an event. If
you visit us as part of an event, we may share your personal information with the event organizers. If you are an event organizer, we may also share your event information with third-party service providers who may send you marketing information about event services.
Social Media : If you choose to participate in social media offers or activities sponsored by VILLA IRLANDA CONGRESSI E TURISMO SRL, we may collect certain information from your social media profiles, consistent with your settings within the social media service, such as location, check-ins, activities, interests, photos, status updates and friends list. We may also allow you to enter contests to provide photos, such as those of your stay with us, that you may share with your social media contacts to receive votes, shared offers or other promotions.

2) Purpose of processing, legal basis and lawfulness of processing
The data processing is aimed at the following purposes:
1. customer relationship management (management of reservations, issuing of invoices, estimates), to perform any contractual obligations;

We may use your email address to send you, with your prior written consent , our newsletters and our holiday greetings.
 For the purposes indicated in point 2 letter a) we rely on the execution of a contract: the use of your data may be necessary to be able to implement the contract you have with us. For example, if you use our services to make an online reservation, we will use your data to perform our obligation to complete and manage the reservation, by virtue of the contract between us.
 For the purposes in point 2 letter b) and c), we rely on legitimate interests: we use your information for our legitimate interests, use your information for administrative, legal or fraud detection purposes. When we use personal data for our legitimate interests, we will always balance your rights and interests regarding the protection of your personal data with our rights and interests.
 With regard to the purpose in point 2 letter c), we also rely, where possible, on our obligation to comply with applicable legislation.

5) PLACE OF TREATMENT
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the Data Controller’s headquarters and are handled only by personnel in charge of processing and by the supplier in charge of Internet services and hosting/housing of this site. Furthermore, such processing operations are handled exclusively by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations under the strict control of the Data Controller.
6) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
For the purposes referred to in point 2) in the event of a hotel reservation, the provision of data is mandatory and failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
For the purposes referred to in point 2a), the provision of data is optional and does not prevent the provision of the requested service (hotel stay)
7) REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The interested party may refuse to provide the Data Controller with his/her browsing data.

The data subject to processing will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the interested party.
