"The Nuns'House"

“The Nuns’ House” is the building that was originally used as a residence for a family of tenant
farmers when it belonged to Count Stembock, and later by Irish nuns when the property passed to the “Pontifical Irish College.” It was left to decay from the beginning of World War II until maintenance work was undertaken to transform it into an annex of the hotel, featuring fourteen comfortable double rooms. The rooms are furnished with hand-painted ceramic floors and wall coverings, each decorated with unique designs and colors. The pastel-toned furnishings create an intimate and refreshing atmosphere within the spaces, typical of ancient Mediterranean homes.
